Yay throwing cards in the air!

updated to use this card for each replication

Hmm, what do you use for the replicated copies? They aren't physical cards.
If you want players to use the same card repeatedly, you'll probably have to specify that. I don't think that would work in black-bordered land, but silver-bordered cards allow for a lot of shenanigans.

fair enough. Altered the rules text to have the player use the same card for each replication. (Am I correct that replicated spells cast in sequence and not all at the exact same time?)

The copies aren't cast (if you'd only be able to cast one spell per turn, you'd still be able to replicate); they pop into existence at the same time, but are stacked normally on top of the original spell. This means that they resolve one after the other. Theoretically, using the same card for the replicas would be awkward as the spell the card represents hasn't resolved yet (and the replicas are different spells that would each have to be countered separately), but in silver-bordered land, those technicalities can probably be simply shrugged off.

I imagine that shredding the card and replicating it could be... interesting. ;)

Yeah, that card is based on an urban legend in which a tournament player tore up his Chaos Orb ([link]) for the win. Assuming that his deck wasn't 61+ cards big, that would have made it illegal, so the story's probably just made-up or based on a casual event.
Other bizarre stories involving a Chaos Orb involve turning it into an artifact creature, then putting a creature token that is a copy of the orb into play. As you can use anything you want as a token, this usually involves a glass of water or your little brother...

I don't know about ripping up my little brother, but I think the real griefing would begin if you used water...

And I knew the name that the orb was based on, but never actually looked at the card. I can't believe they actually have you flip the card into play, it's black-bordered!! o.O

Ah yes, the "good" old days... But I've got to hand it to them: They weren't afraid to experiment.

What if the player rips the card up and then pegs it at their opponent?

I guess they lose a card and win the game :) It is uncommon though so it's slightly less advised than a common.
