Felt Twilight Sparkle Tumblr
[link]Though born in Pennsylvania, I consider myself to hail from the tiny state of Connecticut, the third smallest state in the USA, where I've spent my life since 1994.
Most of my deviations are parody Magic: the Gathering cards made with Magic Set Editor 2. However, a few months ago I've discovered Inkscape and haven't left the digital art realm since. Please refer to credits at the bottom of my bio.
I'm a 21 year old male who has also been suckered into watching MLP:FiM. Naturally I can't lurk forever so with my knowledge of MtG trading cards I have decided to make MLP cards in their likeness. I'm kinda nerdy but also sophisticated and random, and enjoy a great deal of other things ranging from violent anime like Hellsing, to playing the bagpipes, learning languages, and to obviously watching MLP.
On top of my 200+ Magic cards, I also draw ponies. I found Inkscape a while back and learned how to use it. GOOD BYE MS PAINT!
All the cards in my gallery were designed entirely by me. I take screen captures of MLP episodes (sometimes with the utmost care), fix the picture in MS Paint, make the card in my creator and then credit Hasbro Inc. as the artist of the card's image. The real art is in the card design, not the picture, - used merely to represent the idea, not the other way around.
Magic: the Gathering is owned by Wizards of the Coast LLC, a subsidiary of Hasbro, Inc. (Whoa, Hasbro owns both MLP and MtG?). My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic images come from or are based on the show, created by Lauren Faust, produced by Hasbro Inc. for the HUB.

Also I really don't like shipping and fanfics, but I have to say that Fluttershy X Big Macintosh is adorable (and realistic, which is what most fanfic/shipping lacks)
